If your SASSA application is rejected and you are sure the SASSA decision is wrong, then you can appeal by following this procedure;
- Visit the SASSA Appeal Page:Open Chrome on your mobile phone search “SASSA appeal” and navigate to the SASSA official web.
- Provide Personal Details:Input your South African ID card number and the mobile number that is registered with the SASSA.
- OTP Code Processing: Press the “Send PIN” button to getthe OTP PIN. On providing correct details you receive an OTP (One Time Pin). Put it in the desired place and proceed with the appeal.
- Select Month: Now it’s time for month selection. Choose an accurate month for which your SASSA appeal is rejected.
- Submit Appeal: Now submit your appeal application by clicking the “Submit” button. Now on checking the SASSA status, it shows Completed.
Note: You have a time of 30 days in which you can appeal against your rejected application. Remember SASSA takes 90 days for processing your appeal.
